Hi, I'm Sean. My family and I are local homeowners in the heart of the Ocean Lakes community, and we book every stay directly, no property manager, no third-party fees, no phone tree. Text me with a question about the waterpark or check-in and you'll hear back from me, by name, same day.

Beds made, bath towels stacked, hand soap on the sink when you walk in.

Stocked Kitchen Supplies

Pots, pans, coffee maker, dishes for a full house, cook in night one if you want.

Chairs are already at the house, so the car has room for kids and coolers.

Beautiful property with plenty of space for our family. Conveniently located just outside the south gate. Sean was an incredibly helpful and gracious host throughout - providing everything we needed for a great weekend at the beach. Can't recommend Jack's Getaway enough

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious for our family of four and had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus! The fireplace made our less‑than‑perfect weather feel cozy, and my kids absolutely loved the water slides. We’d happily stay here again!

My friends and I had an excellent stay at Sean’s home. He was an excellent host. Very responsive and he communicated prior to our visit and almost the entire time we were there.. The house was big enough to accommodate everyone. Everyone had their own space and there were plenty of bathrooms. Although we did not utilize the beach access or the amenities inside the camp grounds, it isn’t too far from the house. I would advise you to rent a golf cart though. The house faces the main road but we had quick access in and out of the campgrounds. We would stay at one of Sean’s properties again.
